Hello from Moats & Associates CPAs!
We are excited to offer you our online portal system, NetClient CS.
With this portal you will have the ability to create a secure login to access prior US Tax information that we have prepared for you as well as giving you the ability to send/receive information to/from us securely opposed to sending it via email.
Many clients in the past were hesitant of sending Credit Card details or financial information via email because of security issues, so with the portal’s File Exchange feature, you can have the piece of mind that anything you send to us through the portal is secure. You can send Word or Excel files, .pdf documents, and much more!
I also include a short question and answer section at the bottom of this letter to help with some of the more frequently asked questions we have received since launching the portal for tax year 2018.
If you have any questions about the portal, please let me know at David@RRMoatsCPA.com!
